The LCA middle school and high school tennis teams competed with determination and heart in their match last night, giving a strong effort across the courts. While the final results didn’t fall in their favor overall, the athletes showed growth, resilience, and a willingness to compete. Highlighting the night was the doubles team of Lily Yang and Amelia Craig, who battled through a tight match and came away with a hard-earned 7-5 victory. Their teamwork and composure in key moments made the difference and provided a bright spot for the LIONS. On the golf course, the LIONS continued to make strides as well. It was another solid round for the team, with Nathan matching his season low and Landon recording his best score of the year. Battling through windy conditions at Stonecrest Golf Course, the team showed focus and perseverance throughout the round. The LIONS golfers will be back in action at Stonecrest next Monday and Tuesday, looking forward to competing with a full team and continuing their progress. Across both programs, LCA athletes are gaining valuable experience, growing in confidence, and representing Lighthouse Christian Academy with pride.
