Lighthouse Christian Academy | Lady Lions Volleyball On September 11, 2026, Lighthouse Christian Academy celebrated a remarkable milestone as Taylor Helbert recorded her 1,000th career kill as a Lady Lion. Reaching 1,000 kills is more than a number on a stat sheet—it represents years of dedication, hard work, perseverance, and skill. Taylor has consistently shown what it means to compete with purpose and to represent Lighthouse Christian Academy with pride. Since reaching the milestone, Taylor has continued to add to her legacy. As she wraps up her final season in the navy gold, and white, Taylor currently sits at an incredible 1,180 career kills. Throughout her time as a Lady Lion, Taylor has been a powerful presence on the court and a teammate who has contributed to the success and spirit of LCA Volleyball. Her journey to 1,180 kills has been built one practice, one game, one swing, and one opportunity at a time. But Taylor's impact reaches beyond the numbers. Her career reflects the heart of what it means to be a Lady Lion—to work hard, encourage others, persevere through challenges, and use the gifts God has given her to make a difference. As Taylor prepares to close the chapter on her volleyball career at LCA, we celebrate not only 1,180 kills, but the legacy she leaves behind. Congratulations, Taylor, on an incredible career! 🦁🏐💙💛 1,000 → 1,180 and counting. Thank you for giving your best, leading by example, and proudly wearing the LCA jersey. We are grateful for the impact you have made as a Lady Lion and excited to see where God leads you next. Once a Lady Lion, always a Lady Lion. #TogetherWeRoar #GoLions #LadyLions #LCAAthletics #LionPride
